HYBRID TUTORIAL | SWAPPING CHILLS FOR SCREAMS!

Hi everyone, It's Nifty Gal Sanna here and I am bringing you some awesome ATC's with a spooky flavour! Do you remember last year when I created a set of Halloween cards? Well, I used the Cadaverous Charm collection for those and I was all excited about the fact that I could actually print the images onto a full A3 sized paper which meant that I could use part of the paper for a 12X12" Layout, and the rest I'd use for some cards or ATC's...well here I am creating some really spooky ATC's wit what I had printed back then!

STEP 1:
Firstly I grabbed all the printed ephemera and began fussy cutting the pieces. I also cut the bases of my ATC's from the Apothecary Bottle paper. The size is 2.5" X 3.5" or 64mm X 89mm. so they were ready to be dressed up.
STEP 2:
Next using back gesso and a Crafter's Workshop Stencil, I daubed some fun webbed texture onto the background of one ATC, then I placed the wet stencil face down onto the second one and transfered the image using a brayer.
STEP 3:
To add some extra spookiness I splattered some black texture spray by Imagine Crafts and on and around the gessoed areas. I set these aside to dry before the fun part of dressing the cards.
STEP 4:
I adhered some of the elements, added some bling and thread and cut some dictionary definitions to finish them off. I lastly added some outlines using my black artline pen.

I really like the spookiness of these ATC's, anyone care to swap with me?

How cool are those ATC's! Sanna got the rest of the Nifty gals all inspired and given that Halloween is just under a week away they thought it would be fun to conjure up a few old packs from the nifty couldron that are halloween inspired and work their magic. They chose to create pages using CADAVEROUS CHARM | Digital KitSPOOKY HALLOW V.1 | Page Drafts and the  STAMPED LETTER MASH UP | Alpha which is just so spookylicious its perfect for halloween inspired titles.
