Its Saturday and that means is new release day over at Sweet Shoppe Designs! This week I have a wonderful collection called WABI-SABI! This quirky and fun collection is actually my latest collaboration with the uber talented Tracy Martin Designs.
Trace and I have known each other for a few years now. I discovered her back when she was selling at One Story Down many many moons ago! Tracy and I both live down under. She’s in N.Z and I'm in Australia so we thought hey why not band together and create a collection that captures life and all its imperfections!
So what does Wabi-Sabi mean? Well in traditional Japanese aesthetics, wabi-sabi is a world view centred on the acceptance of imperfection. And hey that is most of us, right?! We are not that Instagram perfect family. We are imperfect, we are chaotic, we are fun, a little sarcastic and a little bit naughty! We are awesomely unique and we are loved.
This unique bundle is jammed pack full of colourful goodies including a pack of word art, journal cards, mixed media and frippery all perfect for scrapping those not so perfect moments. These however are the memories we will remember for life, and they will make us smile. With loads of added extras to celebrate Neuro-diversity, and different kinds of perfect people we love so much. We know that you Mums do it harder, longer and tougher than most. This one is for you and your amazing life on the spectrum!
